Jaime is trained to uncover metabolic disturbances that inhibit individuals from achieving their goals. These metabolic disturbances are revealed through obtaining client history and laboratory work and creating a program for success. Areas of expertise include but are not limited to metabolism, glucose balance/diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal health, hormone balance, stress and adrenal support, thyroid function, inflammation, adolescent nutrition, and food allergies/sensitivities.
Jaime graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University with a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition. She earned her undergraduate degree from Penn State University where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. Jaime was awarded Best Nutritionist in Loudoun County for 2013, 2014 and a finalist in 2015.
