Ingrid Vaicius
Ingrid Vaicius is a Holistic Health Coach who specializes in helping busy women prioritize their health and feel their best. Her approach is based on strategies that are easy to implement – they don’t require giving up the foods you love or spending all your free time exercising—and aimed at reducing stress, increasing productivity, and establishing healthy eating habits. Ingrid creates a plan that is specific to each client’s lifestyle, body type, and individual preferences, so that getting healthy and staying healthy is easy. Her goal is to help each of her clients thrive in business and life while having fun and feeling great.

Ingrid was inspired to become a health coach while working in foreign policy and government communications—jobs where people work long hours, are constantly stressed, and rarely have time to exercise. Her colleagues turned to her for advice on health, nutrition, managing stress, and how to make better food choices without feeling deprived. It became clear that there was an opportunity to not only help her colleagues, but also the many people who experience the challenges of making health a priority while managing stressful jobs.

Ingrid has studied health and wellness in various modalities for 15 years, including studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. Clients come to her to lose weight, gain energy, reduce stress, or simply to feel more confident in how they look. Ingrid grew up in Colombia, and got her Bachelors and Masters Degree from American University. She is based in Arlington, VA, and has clients locally and around the world.
