Kim Lysik Di Santi
Kim Lysik Di Santi started her own business after spending 19 years in sales and marketing. From 1980 to 1990, she held various sales and management positions at newspapers around the country. In 1990, Ms. Lysik Di Santi moved to New York, where she served in various management positions at the Newspaper Advertising Bureau (NAB) for four years. In 1994, she relocated to Reston as Director of Membership Services for NAB, now called the Newspaper Association of America (NAA). After more than seven years with NAB/NAA, Ms. Lysik Di Santi joined Zip2 (now part of Alta Vista) as Partner Training Manager. A year later, she became Sales Director for Online Directories at Washington Post-Newsweek Interactive until forming her own company in 1999.

With her own company, Total Strategy, Ms. Lysik Di Santi became a solopreneur, providing professional services as a business and executive coach. Offering one-on-one and group coaching, behavioral assessments and training, Ms. Lysik Di Santi has spent over than 3,500 hours working with coaching clients across the country. She is ranked among the top nine percent in the coaching profession. Since 1983 more than 12,000 individuals have attended seminars and workshops led by Ms. Lysik Di Santi. Ms. Lysik Di Santi is a graduate of Coach University, the largest trainer of Coaches world-wide. She is also a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst (CPBA) and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA) through Target Training International.

In 2002, Ms. Lysik Di Santi won a prestigious Small Business Award from the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce for Best Home Based Business. In 2010, she received the President’s Award from NAWBO (the National Association of Women Business Owners), Greater DC Chapter. This year, she was recognized as part of Women 100 by the Loudoun Business Journal as well as Influential Women of Virginia by Virginia Lawyer’s Weekly.

In addition to being president of Total Strategy, Kim Lysik Di Santi is a mother, sister, daughter, cousin, neighbor, pet owner, and friend. She enjoys wearing all of her hats and wouldn’t have it any other way!
