Twitter 101: 10 Easy-to-Implement Strategies to Find, Delight and Grow Customers

Presented by Melinda Wittstock, CEO and Founder, Verifeed

Imagine you have a “birds-eye” view. From the trees above you can hear everything everyone is saying. Now imagine many of those people talking about wanting exactly what you are selling or a change you are making.
Every day on Twitter millions of people share their needs, desires, challenges, tastes, preferences, “faves”, “peevs”, and “must-haves”. Many of them are talking about wanting a product or service you provide. They just don’t know you yet.

The fact is there are millions of them, people who would benefit from the value you are creating, the solution you are providing, people who would tell all their friends about you. Who are they? Why do you need to get to know everything about them? What if you saved time and money by engaging only those you knew were already interested?

Fact is, consumers trust “every day people” just like them on social networks more than they do brands or businesses. Positive word-of-mouth from loyal, happy customers on Twitter and other social networks will drive more traffic, conversions and sales than any other method.

In this session, Melinda Wittstock shares her 10 “Twitter 101” surefire strategies for finding and talking to your customers on Twitter. She takes you through easy-to-implement steps that will quickly transform the way you do business.
